What is RTI FILE refund policy?

If application is withdrawn before drafting, we refund 100%. If drafted but not filed, 50% refund. Once filed, no refund can be completed from our end.

How to raise refund request?

Just drop an email to get refund. We will check the eligibility for refund and initiate it after deduction.

How long will it take to get my refund?

After initiating refund from our end it takes 5-7 days to get money back to the same account from where payment was made.

What is the requirement of my signature in RTI?

It is mandatory for any legal document or complaint. A document without a signature holds no value in the eyes of law.

Do I have to register/login to apply?

For RTI application you don't need to login or register. Just fill the form. For First and second appeal you need to login and visit dashboard.

How do I login?

Just click on login button and enter your email id and RTI reference id to login.

I have forgotten my RTI reference id, what to do?

On login popup click on "Get my RTI Reference id" button. Enter email and Mobile number to get it via email and SMS.

How do I check status of my RTI ?

Login to our website and visit the dashboard. There you will get an option for tracking.

How do I get my registered post tracking details ?

Login to our website and visit the dashboard. There you will get speed post tracking id and postal receipt.

In how many days I will get my tracking details ?

We upload tracking details by the evening of the day we send your application. You can download speed post receipts from the dashboard.

In case of direct government filing, tracking details are sent via SMS/Email. You can also call us if you face problems.

In user signature section you have to upload your signature. In document Upload section you can upload necessary documents like marksheets, ID, etc.

In edit your application section you will be able to edit your RTI application if not drafted by our expert.

In "Your RTI Status" section you will get the latest status of your RTI application.

In "RTI Details" section you will see RTI ref id, tracking id and RTI application type.

In download corner you will get your RTI application sent by us to the PIO/SPIO/CPIO, Postal receipt, your uploaded documents.

In "first appeal" section you will get list of your all first appeals filed by you.
