Our Services

RTI FILE provides assistance in drafting RTI applications and sending them to the concerned Public Information Officer through speed post, registered post, or any suitable filing method as applicable.

We are responsible only for drafting the RTI application based on the information provided by the client and sending it to the appropriate Public Information Officer or concerned authority.

RTI FILE is not responsible for postal delays, delivery delays, or any delay caused by the Public Information Officer or any government authority in supplying information to the client.

Once the RTI application has been drafted and filed or dispatched from our end, the service will be considered completed as per the applicable service terms.

Privacy and User Information
Protection of Information

RTI FILE is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients. Only authorized team members may access user information for providing services and communication related to RTI matters.

No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any unauthorized third party for marketing or unrelated purposes.

Right to Information
About RTI

Right to Information allows citizens to seek information from public authorities. The RTI Act was passed by the Parliament of India in 2005 and has been in operation since then.

Citizen Rights

Every citizen of India is entitled to seek information related to the working, financial affairs, recruitment, and other public matters of central and state government offices.

RTI Filing Across India

A citizen can file an RTI application to a government office located in another state. For example, a person from one state may file an RTI application in another state, subject to applicable rules.

RTI Act

The Right to Information Act is an Act of the Parliament of India that provides a practical regime of the right to information for citizens. The law was passed by Parliament on 15 June 2005 and came fully into force on 12 October 2005.

However, users are requested to cross-check Public Information Officer, First Appellate Authority, payment details, address details, and other relevant information from the concerned public authority before filing an RTI application on their own using data from this website.

RTI FILE, its owner, team members, or any person connected with this website shall not be responsible for any information that changes from time to time due to orders, updates, or modifications by government organizations or competent authorities.

If an RTI application is sent to the wrong address due to available information being changed or updated by the concerned authority, RTI FILE may resend the application free of cost for paid users, subject to verification and applicable service terms.
