Yes, RTI FILE accepts RTI fees through a secure payment gateway using 128-bit SSL encryption. Every transaction goes through two-factor authorization for better security.
In this case, you do not need to worry. If your payment failed and the amount was deducted, the money will usually be refunded back to your account within 7 days.
You do not need to worry. The payment status will be updated automatically within 24 hours. If the payment status is not updated even after 24 hours, login and go to your dashboard. Click on the "Update Payment Status" link and submit your request. The payment status will be updated within the next 24 hours.
If the application is withdrawn before drafting or the application cannot be filed, we will refund 100% of the eligible amount. If the application has been drafted but not filed, we will refund 50%. If the application has already been filed, no refund will be provided because the service is deemed to be completed from our end.
To raise a refund request, send us an email with your payment details, registered email address, mobile number, and RTI reference details. We will check your refund eligibility. If eligible, we will initiate the refund after applicable deductions.
After the refund is initiated from our end, it usually takes 5-7 working days to receive the money. The refund amount will be credited to the same account or payment method from which the payment was made.
